I was surprised to have my queries answered by a very professional and seasoned officer,who knew the law and history of Victoria and Ballarat.
...After describing my complaint,being accused as a babyfucker and goat abuser and so has many others by this nutter.I mentioned Suzy's ex-husband,Bill Ryan,a serving member?,remember,this is Suzy data,it could be made up at the bottom of a Gin bottle.

The officer then took an interest and began looking for this Bill Ryan.I said to the officer,she'd be easy to remember,her car was blown up by bombing in her driveway and herself has been beaten up twice and put in a hospital.I could hear the keyboard,thumping away in the background,he's researching the data as I speak.He had a chuckle and said,there has'nt been a car-bombing in the state of Victoria for 30 years and that was the Russell St bombing.

VICTORIA'S peak wildlife group spends more money on accounting and bookkeeping than it does directly caring for animals.

Wildlife Victoria's financial records, provided to the Diamond Valley Leader,
show less than 6 per cent of
the organisation's total expenditure goes
to volunteer carers and rescuers,
who spend tens of thousands of dollars
of their own money each year
helping Victoria's injured and orphaned wildlife.
Despite receiving a massive $4.3million in donations
after 2009's Black Saturday fires,
the group's financial statements for the past 12 months
show it could be bankrupt within three years.

Just $6000 is budgeted monthly for wildlife shelters and rescuers while more
than $10,000 a month is spent on accounting, banking and bookkeeping
fees.

Wildlife Victoria chief executive Karen Masson told the Diamond Valley Leader
the organisation was surviving off the last of its bushfire appeal
money and would soon begin campaigning for government and corporate
funding.

"We are reducing our costs and we've been doing that
since I came on board in January this year, and trying to line that up
with the revenue we get year-on-year,'' Ms Masson said.

But St Andrews carer Stella Reid said Wildlife Victioria failed to immediately
pass on vital money donated to her shelter after it was burnt out in the
2009 bushfires.

Look, I've been an animal rescuer for about 45 of my near 51 years,
and among the organisations, clubs and committees I've served, was on
a very secret committee, that required us arriving at staggered times,
parking in different places, to meet in an electronically secure building,
of a micro-chip manufacturer, long before they became the norm for pets,
and as I've stated many times, there are good and bad in all, which is also why
some good people refuse to see the bad, as they can't cope with the realization
that they've been suckered into helping the bad, so end up, defending,
and funding, the bad, even more militantly.

And don't forget, animal welfare, was born out redirecting natural compassion
people were too afraid to show to targets of Nazi Germany, that made them
'feel good' when they were helpless to Do Human[e] Justice, and, as intended,
also spawned a HATRED FOR HUMANS.

Whereas, as much as I've always loved animals, I've never put them above people.
As I've explained, my breeding was also to teach my children the blessings that
come with kindness and doing the right thing for the right reason. Something you
can't do, if you don't acknowledge the many wrong reasons, very many
GO OUT OF THEIR WAY to 'appear' to 'be nice'.

I can also honestly say, that in the countless times I've sought help from
animal 'welfare' organisations were the urgency of need was beyond my power,

Like the time a stallion I had out-bid the meatman for, got stuck in a bog,
and it was a dear neighbour, an ambo. who rallied in the night, and together
we got him out, just in time.

That horse was Soda, who I later sold to a lovely Swedish woman, because
he and my dear old Brumby gelding, 'Star', fought over the girls, and
as valuable as Soda was, my loyalty was to Star, who I'd bought as a child.
Well that woman went back to Sweden, and I had the care of him again,
but despite looking all over Europe and England, she couldn't find another horse
as good as Soda, so 'asked' for him back (I said she was lovely, she gave him back
to me when she left, he was still hers in my eyes), but that took 18 months of
having his flights bumped, and lots of work keeping him and Star from fighting.

But it was all worth it, as became Hi Rail Zoda, a much loved,
world famous stud in Sweden, who people around the world mourned
when he died, 15 years after the death sentence, my 'foolishly' buying him,
and 'foolishly' selling him to someone who could make better use of him,
saved him from.

The thing is, I didn't want or need a stallion, when we scrounged our last $5.00
