I asked "Billy Ruben" if he'd been watching the news, because I have not been posting what for years I've warned people to watch, that is all over the news, but this news...well...
...Animal Lib, Wildlife Rescue, Koalas...some mighty big "sacred cows", getting a shot from the cattle prod!

And it's the "animal organisations" that FORCE INSANELY CRUEL LAWS ON ALL OF US,
that make it restrictive, to the point of impossible for many, to simply do what is their
good hearted nature calls them to do, CARE FOR LIFE.

The same "atheist"=SATANIC people, who constantly preach against "organised religion",
AND ANYONE WHO LOVES THE CREATOR of LIFE, use "their" Preaching to divert the
money of good hearted people, INTO "THEIR" SATANIC WAR CHEST!

And I've warned and warned and warned, in much detail, of why I don't support "those" organisations, and finally, after more than 30 years, some of those details are being
brought out to the attention of the general public...the general public, among whom are,
very many, STILL SUFFERING THE LOSS of 173 LOVED ONES and
STILL NOT in PERMANENT HOMES, after THOSE VICTORIA FIRES!

My, how that $4.3 MILLION COULD HAVE HELPED THEM!

VICTORIA'S peak wildlife group spends more money on accounting and bookkeeping than it does directly caring for animals.

Wildlife Victoria's financial records, provided to the Diamond Valley Leader,
show less than 6 per cent of
the organisation's total expenditure goes
to volunteer carers and rescuers,
who spend tens of thousands of dollars
of their own money each year
helping Victoria's injured and orphaned wildlife.
Despite receiving a massive $4.3million in donations
after 2009's Black Saturday fires,
the group's financial statements for the past 12 months
show it could be bankrupt within three years.

Just $6000 is budgeted monthly for wildlife shelters and rescuers while more
than $10,000 a month is spent on accounting, banking and bookkeeping
fees.

Wildlife Victoria chief executive Karen Masson told the Diamond Valley Leader
the organisation was surviving off the last of its bushfire appeal
money and would soon begin campaigning for government and corporate
funding.

"We are reducing our costs and we've been doing that
since I came on board in January this year, and trying to line that up
with the revenue we get year-on-year,'' Ms Masson said.

But St Andrews carer Stella Reid said Wildlife Victioria failed to immediately
pass on vital money donated to her shelter after it was burnt out in the
2009 bushfires.

"I've heard people say
we've made squillions
from (Black Saturday).
We didn't -
Wildlife Victoria did,''
Mrs Reid said.

showing a mother polar bear and cubs
was actually filmed in a zoo,
(IN GERMANY)
but the voiceover never 'fessed up.

oops, my sincere apologies. Embarassed

but also...

Interesting, as the first report I found of it, had Germany,
but that was just a little bit on a main news page I was
reading, so could have been a rushed typo, just as I was
rushing to post, between wrapping and packing Christmas
gifts to take out to mail.

And I wasn't going to bother posting the story, but for that
being a Lead IMAGE/story, after the Wildlife Victoria report,
and it was the image that spoke loudest to me, so yeah, I
picked a bad time to not re-read the story from a different
source, before adding a comment, something I don't normally do.

I'd second guess my memory of it, but for, "Setting Free The Bears",
a John Irving book I read decades ago, but that always comes to
mind whenever I see, bears and German Zoos, in the same story,
as it did when I read it on a British News site.

But, the 'but', why I find it interesting, is just how many, typos
and very basic mistakes are making it into main stream news, and,
how some are quickly corrected, and others never are, AND, how
often 'those typos', do in fact tell a deeper story.

And so I also wonder: why did I pick that time to not re-read?
why did I 'feel the need' to add "in Germany", when that image,

btw, I do post full stories where I can, with links, or at least
the links, not only so others can check for themselves, but also
to add to my understanding with what others may find, and

even though that error has got me thinking of some serious
issues currently bothering me, that I can't talk about, just before
I was going to go to sleep...so I'll read the Telegraph comments now
instead of in the morning, then re-read and do my serious thinking,

And there is also, 'a thing they have', about keeping a 'disconnect'
between a common 'spirit' that the DUTCH share with GERMANY.
The Lie that the Dutch are 'good', 'not like those nasty Nazis'.

All anyone has to do is compare the the bloody destructive 'spirit' that
the Dutch left behind in all their old colonies, with the civil, prosperous
'spirit' of English colonies, while keeping in mind, that the English also got
a strong dose of 'that Northern spirit' even before William the Conqueror.

That 'marriage alliance' between

The one thing we have common ground is an adoration for animals.But you used that against me and said ridiculous statements that I want to steal your cats and hacked it's paws off.So,I'm still very displeased about that.

But still,to back up your news report and your views on it,A Current Affair on channel 9 did a report on charities and the percentages of the money that actually ends up in the hands of the target group.At best,15 cents in the dollar.

Used to feel bad about not giving money to every charity that holds its hands out.Cause I can't afford it and still,a bit slow in giving the cigarettes up,which,I discovered,narrows romantic interludes by a large percentage.Although I won't flip to the other side,like bash koala mascots for collecting for Bushfire victims,I will give them the suspicious look and hold my fingers in a cross to ward off their evil intent in future.Red Cross,The Red Shield Appeal,ROFLMAO,LOL rolf

Animal rescuer on puppy theft charges

A HIGH-profile animal rescuer
is willing to go to jail after being charged with the theft of puppies
from a breeder.

Trish Burke, who founded Pets Haven shelter at Woodend, said
she hoped publicity
surrounding her expected court appearance...

She filmed herself at the farm,
and the footage was later aired by another media organisation
to promote Ms Burke's work...

The animal lover was with activist Deb Tranter, who founded Oscar's Law to outlaw puppy farms.

Ms Burke claimed she took two sick pups from the farm straight to the
RSPCA, where they were euthanised by a vet because of their condition.

O.K., I have 'this thing'...if they want to live,
you try to help them keep living!
You DON'T decide "you can't stand" "their" suffering!
"Screaming" in pain, IS fighting FOR LIFE.

I had a whole litter of what WERE, very healthy pups, screaming in pain,
AFTER the Vet administered what I'd specifically ordered they didn't.
Saved some, lost others.
Cost a fortune. But hey, I'd also spend a fortune helping other owners,
because I didn't breed to make money, I bred to enrich people's lives,
with good, happy, healthy, well mannered dogs, and to teach my kids,
the Blessings that come with DOING THE RIGHT THING, ARE WORTH
MORE THAN MONEY, and "the cost" of crossing those peddling "another"
AGENDA...you know, those who spend a fortune of OTHER PEOPLE'S MONEY,
manipulating the media to 'get a reputation', for 'being nice', while ATTACKING
those who spend a fortune, quietly DOING the Right Thing.

Well, I wrote this for me, to cheer myself up, during these hard times.
A reminder of the Real Value of being a 'fool' in Christ, but it seems now,
that keeping it to myself is somewhat selfish, so...I'll set the scene first:
here's another bit of recent news, that 'hit' me. I was going to post it, I
had to write it, but when written, it seemed, ah, why bother, 'they' will
only find some way to twist it into another attack, rather than receive
The REAL WORLD EXAMPLE of the sort of GOOD News I've cared to share
over the years. Yes 'the evil they', can take everything from you if 'they'
want, even your MORTAL life, but if you don't choose to give 'them' your
God Given Spirit, 'they' CAN'T TOUCH your ETERNAL LIFE.

Funny thing is, though I decided not to post it, I couldn't scrap it, and
saved it for myself...but like I said, that seems selfish now...

"I don't seek vengeance."
"You don't need vengeance!"
"Oh yes I do!"...but I didn't elaborate...
...I hope I didn't need to.

But I will elaborate now.

It is Justice I need others, for their sakes, to be seen to be done.

I know "I" don't need vengeance, because I know how greatly I've been blessed,
simply by knowing how blessed we are, just to be alive.

But in this age when life itself is seen to be a curse, and wealth and
power seen as the only consolation, some need to see the masks of
'respectability' worn by the evil, fall off andaway, along with the wealth
and power they robbed from others, for which they donned those masks,
to hide their guilt.

And while those mask wearing people keep pointing at and blaming me for not
using the gifts and skills I was blessed with, to 'enrich' others, the truth is, I did
and do, but, because I always give credit and thanks to God, those dogs in the manger,
did and still do, rob themselves, rejecting, trashing and sabotaging the blessings,
lest others to, see the wisdom of serving God, and that it often means, looking like a fool
to the worldly wealthy, but deadly foolishly, spiritually poor.

Would you pay $500., all of your savings, your only emergency money,
when you couldn't even afford a washing machine, let alone a car,
for a dog in this condition?

I 'foolishly' did.

Knowing it was a tiny fraction of what it would cost,
to save her life at all, if it was even possible, let alone
bring her to happy health. Still, despite having no end of
young and healthy, and dirt cheap, dogs to choose from,
for a very brief moment, her 'dead' eyes flashed at me:
"Not dead yet."
God, in that moment, she was BEAUTIFUL!

Oh, I argued with myself a bit longer, because I did know
it would not be easy for me in my ill health and poverty,
and I didn't want to be stupidly emotional, but I couldn't
not be 'foolishly' Just.

And I would have done her, her most cruel injustice, to
ignore that little flash of Life, that wanted to keep living,
because I did see it. She was beautiful. Where it mattered.
In her spirit. And it was very likely that was the last flash
of spirit she had to give anyone.

And boy, wasn't I mocked, and wasn't she laughed at...
in the early days. But now, less than a year later, she
pretty well has a fan club of people who inquire of her
progress. Tellers gaze and smile at her as she waits for
me, and share her story with others who she likewise
causes to smile from the inside. Hunters stop me to offer
their dogs to breed with her. And yet no one outside of
this house, gets to see the best of her...she is not only
the most polite, gentle, dignified, undemanding, easy
to live with dog, of many such that have blessed my
life, but also incredibly FUNNY...when strangers aren't
watching.
It's kinda like her 'thank you', to those of us who have
cared to care for her.

Another beautiful thing about her, is that she's the one dog I haven't trained.
Being too sick for so long, I couldn't set her up to fail, but then eventually we noticed,
she had trained us.

Usually a very big no no, particularly with a very big dog,
but not with Poppy.

See, you don't just 'fatten up' an animal that emaciated, that
can kill them quicker. Internal organs need to heal and re-build,
just to be able to digest foods, so I had to learn to understand
her requests for different cravings, to be brought to her on her
bed. Again, usually an even bigger no no, but in Poppy's case
it wasn't 'spoiling' her, just how she knew she was allowed to eat,
and so could relax to digest. And far from making her dangerously
food possessive, I've even seen her pick up one of her beef chunks
and give it to the crippled cat who hides out here.

Oh, she still has a long way to go before she's all she should be,
but every day, she gives us another little something that lets us
know she's grateful, just to be alive...and sometimes, when my
own bothers have been near impossible to bear, she has been
demanding...demanding I not only let her out, but come out with
her, for a crazy, funny, game of chasey, until I'm laughing out loud,
and then she'll come up, with her beautiful smiling face, give me
a cuddle, and bring me back inside to rest, smiling broadly, from
a very happy heart.

Yes, I was born blessed, with the gift of seeing 'gold', where others
could only see it's damaged casing, legends, where other's only saw
'dog meat'. But I never had the desire to hoard such treasures, but
to share and spread them around, so others to, could enjoy the real
benefits of those blessings that no man can make, buy or steal.

So no, I neither need nor seek 'vengeance', because I know how
truly rich I am in my blessing's, and so can't envy those blessed
in other ways. But I do hunger and thirst for justice; for the day
when others are no longer made to fear, giving thanks to God for
All His Blessings.

has started a life sentence for killing three Dutch civilians while he
was part of a Nazi SS hit squad during World War II.

A 90-YEAR-OLD former SS assassin began his life jail sentence overnight for shooting dead three civilians in 1944.

Heinrich Boere, who confessed to the killings as part of an SS hit
squad, was brought to a prison hospital, the public prosecutor's office
in the city of Aachen said, 21 months after being sentenced.

An expert had declared Boere - who suffers from heart problems and is
wheelchair-bound - fit enough to begin his term provided certain medical
care was provided, a spokesman said.

He had been staying at a nursing home until space became available
at the prison hospital in the western state of North Rhine-Westphalia.

On several occasions, Boere admitted to shooting in cold blood
pharmacist Fritz Bicknese, bicycle shop owner Teunis de Groot
and Frans-Willem Kusters.

But he argued that as a member of an SS commando unit tasked with killing
suspected resistance members or supporters, he risked being sent to a
concentration camp if he refused.

Wednesday to catch the last perpetrators of the Holocaust still at large
based on a groundbreaking precedent set by the May conviction of former
camp guard John Demjanjuk, 91.

A 90-YEAR-old man convicted last year of killing three Dutch
civilians while he was part of a Nazi SS hit squad during World War II
has been taken to prison to start serving his life sentence.

Robert Deller, a spokesman for prosecutors in Aachen, Germany, said
Heinrich Boere was taken by ambulance yesterday from the old-age home
where he lived to a detention facility.

He declined to specify the prison's location.

Deller said today a court-appointed expert's report had determined that
the wheelchair-bound Boere was fit to serve his sentence and officials
found a "suitable" facility.

An Aachen court in March 2010 sentenced Boere to life in prison for the 1944 killings
of a bicycle-shop owner, a pharmacist and another civilian in the Netherlands.

A federal court rejected his appeal.

oops, my sincere apologies. but also...

Interesting, as the first report I found of it, had Germany,
but that was just a little bit on a main news page I was
reading, so could have been a rushed typo, just as I was
rushing to post, between wrapping and packing Christmas
gifts to take out to mail.

And I wasn't going to bother posting the story, but for that
being a Lead IMAGE/story, after the Wildlife Victoria report,
and it was the image that spoke loudest to me, so yeah, I
picked a bad time to not re-read the story from a different
source, before adding a comment, something I don't normally do.

I'd second guess my memory of it, but for, "Setting Free The Bears",
a John Irving book I read decades ago, but that always comes to
mind whenever I see, bears and German Zoos, in the same story,
as it did when I read it on a British News site.

But, the 'but', why I find it interesting, is just how many, typos
and very basic mistakes are making it into main stream news, and,
how some are quickly corrected, and others never are, AND, how
often 'those typos', do in fact tell a deeper story.

And so I also wonder: why did I pick that time to not re-read?
why did I 'feel the need' to add "in Germany", when that image,

did not make me think of "Setting free The Bears",
or Germany for that matter, but

instead of in the morning, then re-read and do my serious thinking,

Dog owners convicted of cruelty

HEALTHY: Sheeba has made a full recovery after being mistreated.

THREE former Geelong pet owners, including the man who mistreated a Staffordshire-cross called Sheeba, were convicted on charges of animal cruelty yesterday.

Geelong Animal Welfare Shelter manager Robyn Stewart told Geelong Magistrates' Court Sheeba was the most emaciated dog she had seen in 39 years.

Mark Doran, 45, of Eagle Pde, Norlane, pleaded guilty yesterday to starving Sheeba.

Doran blamed Sheeba's malnutrition on giving birth to nine pups, "all weighing one kilo each".

RSPCA Prosecutor Jason Nicholls said Sheeba was found roaming Norlane streets in June and taken to Geelong Animal Welfare Shelter, where she weighed just 10.35kg, far below her expected weight of about 20kg. Doran denied being cruel to the dog but agreed RSPCA photographs showed her in poor condition with her ribs and hind quarters exposed.

Doran was convicted and placed on a 12-month Community Based Order with 125 hours unpaid community work.

Michael Kocsi, 24, of Corangamite Dve, Corio, pleaded guilty to charges of failing to provide sufficient food and failing to comply with a notice to feed.

The court heard that on June 27, 2011, an RSPCA Inspector attended Kocsi's home in response to complaints about two dogs in poor condition.

Inspectors found the dogs, Missy and Snowy, were starving and went into a frenzy when given food.

The dogs were seized after Kocsi failed to comply with an order to feed them.

Both animals were taken to Geelong Animal Welfare Shelter where they immediately began to gain weight.

Kocsi, a disability pensioner, was convicted, fined $1000 and ordered to pay $264 costs.

Joan Stalio, 48, of Solar Dve, Whittington, did not appear and was unrepresented during the hearing of her case. Stalio was charged with failing to provide food and failing to provide veterinary treatment.

Inspector Nicholls said that on July 26, RSPCA inspectors attended at Stalio's address where they saw a cream whippet, Sunkist, and white terrier, Chucky.

The court was told Sunkist was emaciated, with sores all over her body and infested with fleas, while Chucky's coat was matted and his skin red and irritated.

Both dogs were seized.

Stalio was convicted in her absence, fined $1000 and ordered to pay $505 costs.

Inspector Nicholls said each of the dogs made a full recovery and all had since been adopted out to good homes

POLICE in 22 European countries have arrested 112 suspects for
allegedly sharing online videos of children being sexually abused and
raped, policing agency Europol says.

"So far in 22 countries we have identified 269 suspects with 112
arrests", Europol's director Rob Wainwright said at a press conference
at Europol's headquarters in The Hague today.

"The operation targeted those sharing
the most extreme forms of video material,

POLICE in 22 European countries have arrested 112 suspects for
allegedly sharing online videos of children being sexually abused and
raped, policing agency Europol says.

"So far in 22 countries we have identified 269 suspects with 112
arrests", Europol's director Rob Wainwright said at a press conference
at Europol's headquarters in The Hague today.

"The operation targeted those sharing
the most extreme forms of video material,
which included
babies and toddlers
being sexually abused and raped," he said.

"A lot of the material seized during the house searches is awaiting
forensic examination in order to support follow-up investigations and
possible prosecution of offenders," he said.

In March, police in several countries arrested scores of alleged
members of an online paedophile ring and rescued 230 children
in what Europol called at the time "the biggest case of its kind"
in a network that at one point had almost
70,000 members worldwide.

A LAW forcing immigrant spouses to speak English before entering Britain
was ruled legitimate yesterday.

Three claimants tried to get the rule overturned, arguing it
interfered with their right to a married life and was racist and discriminatory.

But in a High Court review Mr Justice Beatson dismissed the case, saying
the rule is rational and that even if it does affect married couple’s
lives, it does not override Britain’s right to protect its interests.

Sir Andrew Green of Migration Watch UK said:
“Perhaps we are seeing the dawn of common sense in these immigration cases.”

And Ukip MEP Gerard Batten called the ruling a rare “victory for common sense”.

One of the claimants was British-born Rashida Chapti, 54, whose Indian
husband of 37 years and father of her six children cannot join her in
Leicester because he cannot speak English. She said she plans to appeal.

The other claimants are a couple from Pakistan and another from the Yemen.

Perhaps we are seeing the dawn of common sense
in these immigration cases.
