Banning DCR from IL wouldn't have been my choice of action. It's more effective to troll the trolls, than to ban them. But even that ban was a much higher threshold of such action than Diftardia exhibits. One polite question on the wrong topic and Diftardia removes all memory of it, un-persons the questioner a la 1984, the works.
