Wikileaks founder Julian Assange plans to run for a seat in the Australian Senate, despite being under house arrest in the United Kingdom, the whistleblower group has tweeted.

Wikileaks announced its intentions on Saturday, saying the organisation also planned to field a candidate to run against Prime Minister Julia Gillard in her seat of Lalor at the next election.

"We have discovered that it is possible for Julian Assange to run for the Australian Senate while detained. Julian has decided to run," the Wikileaks website tweeted.

Assange is being detained in England facing possible extradition to Sweden, where police want to question him over allegations that he sexually assaulted two women in 2010.

EXCLUSIVE: THE leader of Australia's most notorious cult,
The Family, remains unrepentanttwo decades after the raid that shocked the nation.

Anne Hamilton-Byrne broke her silence yesterday, saying she was
ready to die after reconciling with Sarah Moore, the "daughter" who
betrayed her to the authorities.

The Family made headlines around the world in 1987

Police later found 14 children had been brought up in almost
complete isolation believing they were the offspring of Hamilton-Byrne
and her late husband Bill.

In fact none of them was the Hamilton-Byrnes', but children of single mothers
who had been pressured into giving them up for adoption or cult members
who did not want them.

But it was the way the children had been treated that really shocked the nation.

Hamilton-Byrne had ordered the children's hair be dyed peroxide blonde
and they be dressed in identical outfits.

It was also alleged they had been half-starved, beaten and forced to take
large quantities of tranquilisers to "calm them down" and even fed LSD
when they became adults.

Now, in the first ever interview at her sprawling Olinda compound, the cult leader
has defended how she raised the children and attacked those who said
she mistreated them as "lying bastards".

Of her critics, she said: "I would love to put them right, but I can't."

She also said she could have sued for defamation, but had decided against any action.

Asked about whether she mistreated her "children", she said: "They were
normal children and they could be disobedient to a point, but not all the time."

But she would not discuss any specific claims.

On the issue of alleged LSD use in the cult, she said:
"Everything on earth has its uses."

And asked about whether she had any regrets, she would only say:
"I've got regrets about losing touch with daughter."

Inside the compound - one of at least half a dozen properties owned by Hamilton-Byrne - elderly helpers scurried around, avoiding eye contact.

The "wrinkly disciples" wore coloured wigs, with heavy make-up, and are said to be among up to 50 cult followers who still defer to Hamilton-Byrne - some living on the property and
others in surrounding hills.

From the moment she invited this newspaper into her home, the frail woman was at pains
to show off as many happy group photos as she could, to prove her family was as normal
as any other.
"We have our differences like any other family," she stressed, smiling.

The sole male on the sprawling, but crumbling estate
was self-professed senior cult member Michael Stevenson.

Dr Moore, also known as Sarah Hamilton-Byrne, had been expelled from
The Family two years before the 1987 raid for disobedience, with the curse
that she go and die in the gutter, she claimed.
She later qualified as a doctor and volunteered extensively in India and other parts of Asia.

But four years ago her life began to unravel - she developed bipolar disorder. Suffering from chronic pain, she began self-prescribing pethidine, but was caught in 2005.

In December her life took another turn for the worse - she lost her leg, the result, she says, of hospital mistreatment following a suicide attempt.
Having survived, Dr Moore said she has regained her will to live.
Yesterday as she reunited with Hamilton-Byrne, Dr Moore became emotional as remembered their rift.
"I just feel incredibly sad about it," Dr Moore said.
"When I was holding Anne then, I could feel her shaking and crying. I thought 'Why did it have to come to this?' "
Dr Moore said she could not escape the fact that she looked on the 87-year-old as her mother.
"I do love Anne and my feelings are still mixed about her," Dr Moore said.
"For many years I went nowhere near her or the cult.
"I was a prominent part of the public face of those that wanted to expose what happened to us children and to see justice done.

"But, despite perhaps appearances to the contrary, at that time I felt
enormous loyalty to Anne. To my mind, I had put my life on the line to
oppose her, as I believed at the time that to oppose her, to betray her,
was to die."
Dr Moore said she still believed Hamilton-Byrne was
responsible for mistreatment of children, but she said the cult leader
blamed the "Aunties" for any abuse.

Julian Assange's Ties to Nazi Cult

Julian Assange was born in 1971. His birth parents ran
a touring theatre company but his father abandoned them.

When Julian was 8-years-old, his mother, Christine, married a member of "The White Brotherhood" - aka"The Family" or
San­ti­nike­tan Park Asso­ci­a­tion,
a private psychiatric hospital
on the outskirts of Melbourne Australia.

In the 1960's-1980's, the Santiniketan Park Association received CIA-Sandoz LSD-25.

The psychiatric hospital was part of a New Age colony
withabout 200 members.
They were all professionals:
psychiatrists, medical doctors - 25% were nurses - lawyers,
and ranking civil servants and social workers.

The allegations were that these people
used their authority to "collect" (kidnap) children.

As many as twenty eight children had been 'collected'
under the custody of the director,
Anne Hamilton-Byrne, a theosophist.
Children were selected
for their Aryan traits.

This cult is well documented
from the Australian investigations
and court proceedings highlighted
in the Oz media at the time.

According to Assange, his parents broke with the cult in 1982 and until 1990,
they lived 'on the run' moving dozens of times. During this period, Julian was
charged with computer hacking by the Australian police. That's all
Assange has said about it, claiming that he doesn't remember Hamilton-Byrne
or anything about the cult.

Cult members have disclosed
the children were collected for a "scientific experiment".
Though Hamilton-Byrne (left, insert) remained silent,
members disclosed that Hamilton-Byrne predicted
a global holocaust which wipe out most of humanity.
She was preparing the cult children to be "inheritors of the earth".

According to Hamilton-Byrne's real daughter Sarah Moore
the children hadn't been told about that.

What they were told was that Anne Hamilton-Byrne was their birth mother, even though their number and ages made that impossible. The were told all other members of the cult were their 'uncles or aunties' - even though some of these were the real birth parents of
a few of them.

The "Family" was related to the Nazi "Lebensborn e. V." organization
founded in December, 1935 as a "registered association" ostensibly
to foster population increase in 'declining' 'pure Aryan' stock in Europe.

Lebensborn e. V
was under the authority of the SS "race and
settlement bureau". Lebensborn is best remembered as
a breeding program for SS 'studs' with select Aryan female
volunteers.
The project included social workers of the settlement bureau
screening schools and hospitals
in Germany and occupied Europe
looking for infants and children that fit
the Nazi eugenics profile of traits.

Thousands of such children were 'drafted' into
the program - kidnapped - and
sent to to remote hospital/academy
locations for mind control programming.
There were over 30 of these facilities throughout Europe,
which processed as many as 30,000 new births.

However, many more older children taken from other countries
were sent to special facilities for "Aryanisation"
re-programming.
The best source of information is the record of the 8th Nuremberg Trial,
United States of America v. Ulrich Greifelt, et al.,
or the RuSHA Trial.

The infamous Dr. Josef Mengele is generally remembered for lethal
'experiments' on children at Auschwitz .
It's often overlooked that the purpose of his butchery was the scientific improvement
of pre-existing methods of Illuminati trauma based mind programming of children, and
his techniques were instituted in Lebensborn "Aryanisation'" facilities.

Mengele was an architect of MK-ULTRA. Mengele
was protected by Office of Strategic Services (OSS) 'Operation
Paperclip' and went to work for the CIA's top secret MK-ULTRA
projects. .

Hamiliton-Byrne's White Brotherhood operation apparently was a
continuation of Lebensborn. Hamilton-Byrne's obsession with white-blonde uniformity
to the point of blearching the children's hair and identical styles and dress
is a bit too close to Lebensborn to dismiss.

Anna Ardin's, who accused Assange of 'rape' went AWOL from the Swedish feminist
prosecutor December 9th to surface on the West Bank in the
Palestinian Territories, as a member of "The Brotherhood,"
allegedly a "Christian outreach group" that protests Israeli

Pirate Bay Lundstrom's family was linked with Sandoz
pharmaceuticals. Sandoz had been a division of Nazi corp I.G. Farben

Creating the family tree

My name is Ben Shenton and I appreciate you taking to time to read how I
overcome growing up in the Cult called "The Family" based in Melbourne
Australia due to what Jesus Christ has done in my life.

God's in Control

I grew up in a religious cult called 'The Family'.
My mother had come from a wealthy Jewish Melbourne family, married young and had three children by 1960.
This timing coincided with the rolling sixties and the spiritual awakening that came with it.
By the mid to late sixties my mother had a calcified spine, was bedridden and suffering from a failing marriage.

A lady called Anne Hamilton-Byrne, the leader of a hatha yoga and mediation group, entered her life.
She supposedly brought my mother back from deaths door and providing 'permission' to walk out on her marriage and three sons.
It wasn't long before my mother entered another relationship over in England and by the early seventies I was born.

Her family was told that I was born with a club foot and that I had been
adopted out to a family in England and as a single mother she was
unable to look after me.
I was actually handed over to Anne Hamilton-Byrne to be brought up as her son.

Before long I arrived at a sect property at Lake Eildon and spent the
following 15 years being brought up with home education seven days a
week.
A very strict and controlled regime started with Hatha Yoga and
mediation at 5:30 in the morning through to an evening meal and lights
out at around 7:30 at night.

Schooling was interspersed with more hatha yoga and mediation, brief
periods of time outside and punishments that ranged from being brutally
belted with meter long wooden rulers and three cornered plastic canes to
being dunked in water until we were nearly drowned when minor
infractions came to light.

These infractions ranged from wetting the bed to, answering a care giver
back to, stealing fruit due to hunger. We ate a very controlled and
frugal diet with little or no meat that consisted mostly of fruit and
vegetables.

On the occasions when police got wind of children living on the property
were being abused we were made to disappear in a dark hole under the
house no matter what the time of day with no lighting or on two
occasions were schooled on what to say to deflect the truth from the
stark criminal reality.

In all of this, based on the beauty and design of the countryside,
I knew that a God existed.
Due to Anne's beliefs and the strong influence of Siddha Yoga and Swami
Muktananda I grew up also believing in re-incarnation taken from the
Hindu belief system.

We also believed that Anne was the re-incarnation of Jesus Christ. This is a belief that all her followers held.

At the age of fifteen after several older girls had either been thrown
out of the cult, left it or were sent to school. They wrote statements
to the police about our life outlining the abuse and their great fear
that when Anne returned from an overseas trip we would be subjected to
being given LSD as part of an initiation right of passage.

This was an horrific experience that caused wild hallucinations that
Anne claimed were past life and death experiences, this drug was
administered in large amounts to a sleep and food deprived person.

The room was darkened; individuals would constantly badger the
initiate with the reality of their weakness and problems and advise them
that only Anne could break them out of this cycle.
Sarah has documented in her book "Unseen Unheard and Unknown" how she
was left in a haze of depression after the first 'trip' on LSD she had
in England. We were told that she had brain damage due to an oak tree
landing on her head while walking around Broom Farm; Anne's property
near Tunbridge Wells in England. They later used this lie to get Sarah
into correspondance school to complete the last two years of her
education.
Kia Lama, the name of the property we lived on at Taylor Bay, Lake
Eildon was only registered with the Victorian Department of Education to
home school us up to Year 10.

After an amazing turn of events over the period of many years they
culminated to the police swarming the place and removed me and eight or
so children on August 14, 1987. An event well documented on 60 minutes
and many other news sites.

From Cult to Christ
A new chapter in my life started. I became a 'ward of the state' and I was subsequently fostered out to a Christian lady.
She never talked to me about God unless I asked.

Over time I began to ask her about God and then slowly test God out.
She told me that he was the creator of this world and all the physical
laws in it, when He superseded them we have a miracle.
She also told me that God was a gentleman and would only come into our
lives when invited.

I decided to test God out and asked Him to make it rain and stop on request for a couple of weeks and it always did.
Before long a quiet voice in my head told me to stop testing God as I knew He was real; time had come to start to know Him.

During this time I struggled greatly with depression and wondering
if I could ever fit into society and be a good husband and father.

As I was being taken home one night along a very busy street in
Melbourne where the traffic lights were never green the whole way I told
God if they stayed green all the way that I would serve Him.

Of course this happened and in August 1989 I began a rocky
relationship with God for the next eighteen months. I wanted to be
close to Him but depression, anger, sexual immorality and pornography
kept driving me away.

At the end of high school I was going to travel around Australia
with a social worker I knew whose family came from Ballarat, Victoria.

I was able to eventually overcome this particularly destructive,
manipulative relationship formed with this male social worker from St
Martins; the place next door to "St John's Home for Boys and Girls" in
Canterbury Melbourne where we were all looked after by social workers
and cottage parents. It took me up until 1997 to recognise the issue,
face the problem and then confront him and overcoming it by judging it
for what it was and cutting off all contact.

I moved to Ballarat to live with a girlfriend while he finished
off work in Melbourne and God answered a prayer of mine in finding a
church for her.
While she was working a summer job a lady from the Potter's House
Christian Church told her about Jesus Christ and invited her to come out
to church.
During this period of time God had been dealing with me about how far I
had grown from Him and all the things that I had done that I was so
ashamed off.
I was left wondering what I needed to do to get back in contact with Him.
We went along to church and for the first time I was challenged to stay
in Ballarat and actually serve God.
A Pilgrim's Progress
To cut a long story short I decided to stay and after hearing a
sermon about the actual painful crucifixion that Jesus had gone through
and how it was done to reconcile me with God I asked Jesus to come into
my life and be my saviour and Lord. God brought me to foot of the cross
and made me aware He'd bought me by what He did on the cross.

16 years later I have been forgiven and been able to be set free by
forgiving those who willingly destroyed my childhood mistakenly
believing they were doing the best for me.

I have been married for over 16 years and have two beautiful well
adjusted and happy children.
I've held down a high pressure job working for IBM for over 12 years and
in 2008 did the traning and successfully passed the exam to become a
PMI Certified Project Manager.
God has done so much in my life and has called me to preach the Gospel,
in mid 2007 I was given the honour of pastoring the Ballarat Potter's
House Christian Church.
God took a broken-hearted, depressed and messed up child and rescued me;
giving me a hope and direction on how to live my life from basing it on
the promises that He has in His word.

I can assure you from experience that if God can put my life back
together again He can do the same for you. Nothing is impossible with
God when we cooperate with Him in achieving His good pleasing and
perfect will in our lives.

depression and given into destructive patterns of behaviour; from
experience I can assure you there is a path out. "The word of God is a
light to our path and a lamp to our feet."

Prior to the events of the second movie, Skynet was a computer system developed by the defense firm Cyberdyne Systems for the United States Armed Forces. Skynet was first built as a "Global Digital Defense Network" and given command over all computerized military hardware and systems, including the B-2 stealth bomber fleet and America's entire nuclear weapons arsenal. The strategy behind Skynet's creation was to remove the possibility of human error and slow reaction time to guarantee fast, efficient response to enemy attack.

In the Terminator storyline, Skynet was originally installed by the military to control the national arsenal on August 4, 1997. On August 29 it gained self-awareness[1], and the panicking operators, realizing the extent of its abilities, tried to pull the plug. Skynet perceived the attempt to deactivate it as an attack and came to the conclusion that all of humanity would attempt to destroy it. To defend itself, it determined that humanity should be exterminated.

Before it could be deactivated, Skynet launched nuclear missiles under its command at Russia, to which Russia responded by firing many of its missiles back at the United States and its allies. As a result of the nuclear exchange, over three billion humans were killed in just minutes.

During this time, Skynet used its remaining resources to gather a slave labor force from surviving humans. These slaves constructed the first of its automated factories, which acted as the base for its agenda. Within decades, Skynet had established a global presence and used its mechanized units to track down, collect, and dispose of the human survivors.

In the first movie, Skynet is described as being a revolutionary artificial intelligence system built by Cyberdyne Systems for SAC-NORAD. According to Kyle Reese, Skynet "saw all humans as a threat; not just the ones on the other side," and "decided our fate in a microsecond: extermination." Skynet began a nuclear war which destroyed most of the human population, and initiated a program of genocide against the survivors.

Under John Connor, the human resistance turned the tide on the machines and eventually destroyed Skynet's defense grid. In a last-ditch effort, Skynet sent a cyborg, called a "Terminator", back in time to 1984 to kill Connor's mother Sarah before she would give birth to John. Connor sent back his own operative, a young man named Kyle Reese, to save Sarah. The Terminator did not succeed in killing Sarah; Reese impregnated Sarah, becoming John's father; and the Terminator was destroyed in a hydraulic press.

In Terminator 2, it is revealed that, while the first Terminator had been crushed by Sarah Connor in a hydraulic press in the Cyberdyne factory, the CPU (and arm) had been recovered largely intact, but non-functional. These parts were claimed by Cyberdyne and became the basis for their later work on Skynet. In the second film, Miles Bennett Dyson, the director of special projects for Cyberdyne, is shown to have invented a revolutionary microprocessor based on the reverse engineering of these parts. Cyberdyne Systems, as depicted in the first film, was a small manufacturing company of an undefined nature, but by 1995 had grown into a major defense contractor based on the recovered Terminator technology from 1984 and Dyson's research. The company began installing these technologies in military hardware, becoming the leading weapons manufacturer. The military retrofitted all of its missile defense systems and stealth bombers with Cyberdyne technology, effectively removing human decisions from strategic defense. As before, Skynet would still become self-aware and launch its attack as an act of self-defense when military commanders attempted to shut it off.

In Terminator 2, the future was altered when Sarah and a young John, together with a second Terminator from the future (this one reprogrammed and sent by the future John Connor), raided Cyberdyne Systems and succeeded in destroying the CPU and arm of the first movie's Terminator, along with the majority of research that led to Skynet's development. This also resulted in the death of Dyson. Skynet had also sent a Terminator back in time, the more advanced T-1000, to stop the reprogrammed Terminator and the Connors from altering the timeline that was also destroyed. It was believed that they had eliminated enough of Skynet's origins to ensure it could not be recreated.

In the Universal Studios theme park attraction T2 3-D, based on Terminator 2, a T-800 machine and a young John Connor journey into the post-apocalyptic future and attempt to destroy Skynet's "system core". This core is housed inside an enormous, metallic-silver pyramidal structure, and guarded by the "T-1000000", a colossal liquid metal shape shifter more reminiscent of a spider than a human being. But the T-1000000 fails, and the T-800 destroys Skynet once John has escaped through a time machine.

The events of Judgment Day were ultimately not prevented, merely postponed. Following the destruction of its major assets, Cyberdyne was ruined financially but some of its research and plans survived. The United States Air Force purchased the company and started in-house development of the projects in its Cyber Research Systems Division (CRS). After years of work, CRS had nearly completed Skynet, a software system designed to create new military vehicles and make real-time strategic decisions as well as protect their computer systems from viral attacks. Due to the massive computing needs and to protect it from direct attack, Skynet utilized a large network of computers that would be nearly impossible to deactivate completely. Unknown to CRS, Skynet began to spread beyond its original computing base through the Internet and various other digital media.

Prior to Judgment Day, Skynet had penetrated nearly every networked machine in the world, causing malfunctions in everything from barcode scanners to nuclear launch systems. This was originally believed to be the effects of a new virus, and increasing pressure was placed on the CRS to purge the corrupted systems. The CRS attempted to eliminate it from the U.S. defense mainframes by tasking Skynet with removing the infection, in essence ordering the program to destroy itself. Whether it attained sentience at that moment or had previously gained sentience is unknown, but in direct response to its orders, Skynet retaliated in order to ensure its survival. However it is also possible that Skynet had deliberately spread itself, through unknown means, using the virus as a way to gain complete control - if this is true it would indicate this incarnation is more hostile as it launched an unprovoked attack rather than acting in self defense. Skynet took control of the various machines and robots in the CRS facility and used them to kill the personnel and secure the building, eliminating the only people who might be aware of its weaknesses. John Connor attempted to attack Skynet's computer core, hoping to stop it before it proceeded to its next attack, only to find he could not. Skynet was pure software and on too many systems to be attacked. Shortly afterward, Skynet began a nuclear bombardment of the human race with the launch systems it had infected. Judgment Day occurred despite John Connor's efforts, suggesting the impact of the temporal tampering was largely inconsequential.

Skynet gained access to several autonomous military drones, using them to round up survivors who were forced to build automated factories and robots which were better suited to construction work. Once they were finished Skynet then killed these human slaves, and using this initial infrastructure designed and built newer and better machines at an ever-increasing pace until 2029, at which point it controlled a highly advanced worldwide empire and switched its focus to continuing the genocide of the human race.

In the post-apocalyptic year of 2018, Skynet controls a global empire from its heavily-guarded fortress-factories and research installations. Outside of its facilities mechanized units wage a constant war with the Resistance. Airborne units such as Aerostats (smaller versions of the Hunter Killer-aerials), HK-Aerials and Transports survey the skies; HK-Tanks, Mototerminators (high-speed pursuit units using a motorcycle chassis), and various Terminator models patrol cities and roads; and Hydrobots (serpentine aquatic units that move in swarms) patrol the waters. Harvesters (massive bipedal units designed to capture humans and eliminate any attempting to escape) collect survivors and deliver them to large transport craft for delivery to concentration camps for quick and orderly disposal, as mentioned in the first movie. Terminator class units such as T-1, T-600, and T-700 have been developed and act as hunters and enforcers in disposal camps. Mass production has also begun on the T-800 series in at least one Skynet facility.

In its continued battle with the Resistance, Skynet activated Marcus Wright, a forerunner to the humanoid terminators. A former death-row inmate, Wright donated his body to Project: Angel, a Cyberdyne project run by the brilliant, but terminally ill Dr. Serena Kogan. After his death by lethal injection he was transformed into a human cyborg, possessing a human heart and brain with a metallic endoskeleton and skin similar to the T-800. Like the rest of Cyberdyne's research he was transferred to the USAF when they purchased the company, though he apparently remained inactive. He was later taken by Skynet and the plan to use him as an infiltration unit was developed. A Skynet chip was installed at the base of his skull and he was programmed to locate Kyle Reese and John Connor and bring them to a Skynet facility. The programming acted on a subconscious level, allowing him to work towards his goal in a human manner.

Skynet also created a signal supposedly capable of deactivating its machines and leaked its existence to the Resistance. The Resistance leader General Ashdown attempted to use the signal to shut down the defenses of the California Skynet base in prelude to an attack. However, the signal instead allowed a HK to track down their submarine headquarters and destroy it, killing Resistance Command. It is believed that Ashdown's death led Connor to be able to take command of the Resistance from him. Marcus discovered what he had become, and was programmed for. Consequently, he furiously rebelled against Skynet, tearing out its controlling hardware from the base of his skull. Having escaped the influence of his creator, he, along with Connor and Reese, rescued the remaining human captives and destroyed Skynet's San Francisco base. While a significant victory, the majority of Skynet's global network remained intact.

Marcus Wright also encounters a being on a monitor that manifests as various faces from his past, primarily that of Dr. Serena Kogan (Helena Bonham Carter). Skynet apparently has obtained information about future events based on its actions. Kyle Reese has been targeted as a priority kill, higher level than even John Connor and the Resistance leaders.

Main article: Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles

In this television series, Sarah Connor is on the run with her son John after the events of Terminator 2: Judgment Day. The events take place in an alternate timeline from that of Terminator 3: The Rise of the Machines. Skynet was implemented on April 19, 2011 and began its attack against humanity on April 21. The protagonists travel in time from 1999 to 2007 and take actions to prevent Skynet's activation.

The episodes "The Turk", "Queen's Gambit", and "Dungeons & Dragons" explain that after the death of Dr. Miles Bennett Dyson and the decline of the Cyberdyne Corporation, Andrew Goode, a young intern of the company and assistant to Dyson, continued their project privately under an advanced artificial intelligence chess playing prototype, the "Turk", with Goode's partner, Dimitri Shipkov. Goode was killed by Tech-Com's Lieutenant Derek Reese, due to documentation from the future suggesting he was one of Skynet's creators.

In the episode "Samson & Delilah" it is shown that a T-1000 infiltration unit was sent from the future to head the technological corporation ZeiraCorp as its CEO, Catherine Weaver. Weaver acquired the Turk after Goode's death and used the company's resources to further develop it under the title Babylon. The episode "The Mousetrap" revealed that it is also targeting its fellow cyborgs, including a T-888 known as Cromartie.

In the episode "The Tower Is Tall But The Fall Is Short", Turk has begun to display traits of intelligence. A child psychologist, Dr. Boyd Sherman, notes that the computer is beginning to behave like "a gifted child that has become bored." The Turk identifies itself as John Henry, a name it acquired while working with Dr. Boyd Sherman.

In the episode "Strange Things Happen at the One Two Point", Turk is installed by ZeiraCorp in Cromartie's body after Cromartie's chip was destroyed by the series' protagonists in "Mr. Ferguson Is Ill Today".

In "To The Lighthouse", John Henry reveals there is another A.I. It calls him "brother" and says it wants to survive. By the season finale, it's revealed that the Turk was a red herring, Skynet is operating as a roving worm on home computers as in T3, and the Turk has been developed into a benevolent rival AI which Catherine Weaver hoped would be able to defeat Skynet. Her exact motive against Skynet is unknown. John Henry's "brother" is apparently behind the company Kaliba, which is responsible for constructing the Hunter-Killer prototype. This A.I. (presumably the true precursor to Skynet) also refers to John Henry as its "brother" at one point.

In the episode "Gnothi Seauton", it was revealed that Skynet also sends its Terminators through various points in time not only to go after the Connors and other future Resistance leaders, but also to ensure the future will unfold by eliminating John Connor's own agents who were also sent to the past to interfere with its birth, ensure Skynet's creators will complete its construction, and other specific missions.

In T2: The Arcade Game, Skynet is a single computer which the player destroys before going back in time to save John Connor.

The video game Terminator 3: The Redemption portrays an alternate future where Connor and his wife Katherine Brewster were killed, humanity exterminated and Skynet triumphant. The player, as the Terminator, fights in this future before going into the past and rectifying the timeline. In the game The Terminator: Dawn of Fate, a prequel to the movies and other games, Skynet exhibits an ability to exert mind control over humans.

A non-canon comic book series written by Frank Miller called RoboCop versus The Terminator suggests that the creation of Skynet and the Terminators was made possible due to the technology used to create RoboCop. A video game based on the comic book was made. In both, RoboCop fights Terminators sent back in time to eliminate a resistance fighter who is trying to destroy him. A trap laid for RoboCop traps his mind when he interfaces with the computer that will become Skynet, and Skynet and the Terminators are born. In the future RoboCop's mind within Skynet's systems rebuilds a body for himself and heads out to help the resistance fight back.

Another crossover comic, Superman vs. the Terminator: Death to the Future sees Skynet forming a cross-temporal alliance with Superman's foe the Cyborg, dispatching various Terminators into the past in an attempt to eliminate Superman, Supergirl and Superboy. When Superman is accidentally drawn into the future when the resistance attempt to retrieve a Terminator sent into the past- the resistance including a future version of his friend Steel-, Skynet manages to incapacitate him using kryptonite, having acquired information about how to duplicate it based on data hidden in a salvaged Terminator skull by the Cyborg. Although Skynet sends Terminators into the past equipped with rockets and other bonus features to delay Superboy and Supergirl, Superman and Steel are able to destroy Skynet in the future by detonating a massive electro-magnetic pulse, Superman returning to the past to destroy the last of the Terminators. Although the storyline ends with Cyborg and Lex Luthor speculating that they will be in charge of Skynet when it is activated, this is never followed up.
