I had the 'rich old international man of mystery',
known as "tintin" at the David Icke Forum,
fly in from Amsterdam to spend 3 weeks in my ministry house
(while he spied the country, me and mine out),
and this was the one CD that just kept replaying
as we drove all day, every day,
as no one in the car wanted to change it.
Not old aussie mother, her young sons
or the old dutch guy!...and I now have to wonder
about 'who' posted this image version, and why!

As much as I love reading, I've never been a fast reader, but that stems from growing up with a number of different languages being spoken within the large extended family (often mixing different languages in a conversation), and that I learned to speak ENGLISH FIRST while growing up in hospital, then had to learn my mothers native (and locally 'mixed') tongue, when I finally re-joined the family. And when, on getting back to the house of an aunt & uncle we stayed with at the time, and I said, "Gee Mummy you talk funny" (in my little 'English Plum' accent), my mother became furious, and went flat out to, more, 'un-teach' me English, than teach me to understand what family were saying. All this was a blessing. As I had learn to 'read' non-verbal communications to understand anything, and as we know, that is how we do the majority of our 'talking'. And, this made me a slow reader, because I knew that, context, tone and inflection, well and truly 'trumped' mere words, and so couldn't 'trust' words to 'mean what they said', but had to keep stopping to ponder.
And now, I wish I could read fast, just to keep up with all of 'dixie d's' links. Hard enough when my headaches and swollen eyes, aren't giving me grief (there is so much 'being said' in them), but my old body has been complaining a lot lately (of a lifetime of, 'should have been dead', physical and chemical damage - two kicks between the eyes by horses, that knocked me out and even paralyzed me for half a day, being the lesser of many such traumas), and I'm finding it hard to see, let alone read and think...so, I do hope that the 'right' people, among 'those who know', are keeping up...and, forgive me errors and 'sloppiness' of late...oh, and I'm not moaning, just stating facts to keep in mind. In fact, I'm kinda grateful for the headaches that are forcing me to take some much needed, healing rest.

KEVIN Rudd this week turned from an irritant
into a deadly threat to Prime Minister Julia Gillard.
Rumours of two screaming matches this week between Gillard
and her foreign minister have been denied by Rudd.
But what couldn't be denied were photographs of the two
walking in Parliament House together this week after a rare meeting
in apparent anger and mutual loathing.
A festering sore has been opened since a front-page story
in the Canberra Times this week alleged Rudd was plotting a takeover.
In a way, that's hardly news.
Rudd clearly dreams of snatching back his job
from the woman who took it from him a year ago.
He does not rate Gillard on brains or learning. He will also have seen
what a dog's breakfast she has made of the job since she took over,
driving down Labor's support in Newspoll from 52 per cent of
the two-party preferred vote to a humiliating 45 per cent.
He'll also have noted a sense of panic now within Labor.
Only this panic can explain the preposterous announcement byClimate Change Minister Greg Combet that the Government would
spend $12 million of taxpayers' money to sell its carbon dioxide tax,
even though there is no tax in place to sell.
That is not just unprincipled and against Government guidelines.
It is also almost suicidal, drawing a furious rebuke from the two
independents propping up the Government, Rob Oakeshott and Tony Windsor.
No wonder former Labor powerbroker Graham Richardson this week admitted
voters had stopped listening to Gillard and
"I doubt that Labor can win the next election now".
But Labor's tragedy is that it has no obvious alternative to Gillard,
which leaves Rudd, now rated in polls as the people's choice
to run the party that doesn't want him.
Rudd has frantically wooed that vote, but the other half of his effort
has been to not lift a finger to save Gillard.
He has done virtually nothing as foreign minister to rescue her
from her two worst foreign policy crises --
the ban on the live cattle trade with Indonesia
and the failure to clinch the deal with Malaysia
to swap our boat people for refugees.
Where is Kevin? Why has he not flown to Malaysia? Rushed to Indonesia?
That's what makes this week's tense meetings with Gillard intriguing.
According to Rudd, the subject was Indonesia, and the cattle exports --
which should have been his focus for two weeks.
It's true, the loathing for Rudd is too strong for Labor MPs
to go back yet to the man who nearly ruined them last time.
Labor number crunchers told the Sydney Morning Herald on Friday
that Rudd could rely on just 11 of the 115 votes in caucus.
But the point is, they're now counting. And Gillard is on death watch.

fugitives wanted in the UK but thought to be on the run in the
Netherlands.
The majority of the suspects on the new Most
Wanted list are drug dealers, but also include a convicted rapist and an
armed robber.
Two are escapees from prison, while one of them has been at large for more than five years.
They are all thought to be hiding in or around the Dutch capital
Amsterdam, which is earning a reputation as the new Costa del Crime.
In the past three years, 83 British fugitives - 10 of them wanted for murder - have been arrested in the Netherlands.

Holland, and Amsterdam in particular, is a place for fugitives to head
for because it is close, English is widely spoken and there is a large
ex-pat community in which to hide.
"But the Dutch police are getting good at catching these people and sending them back to the UK. They don't want them here."
It is easy to see why British criminals would feel at home in
Amsterdam because the city centre is dotted with familiar retailers such
as McDonalds, H&M, Body Shop and countless English and Irish-themed
pubs.
The licensed sex and cannabis trade provides an underworld for
newly-arrived criminals to exploit, although the Dutch government has
tried to rid the country of its city-sleaze reputation.
The 70,000 ex-pats registered in the Netherlands are being urged to
study the new mugshots and call police or the charity Crimestoppers if
they think they recognise any of the fugitives.
Dave Cording, deputy chief executive of Crimestoppers UK, launched the latest appeal in Amsterdam.
Most of the nine men are wanted over drug dealing charges
He said: "This follows our recent success of Operation Captura in Spain earlier this year, where two of the 10 subjects were arrested within 48 hours of the launch.
"I hope this success will be replicated in the Netherlands.
"Not only is the campaign successful in tracking people wanted for
serious offences, but it displaces them as well, but as we can see, no
matter where these wanted individuals run to, law enforcement will find
them.
"I hope this further reinforces to fugitives that you can run, but can't hide forever."
Since Crimestoppers began its Most Wanted appeals three years ago, it
has appealed for information on 60 fugitives - 44 of whom have been
tracked down.
Some of those thought originally to be hiding in Spain have been caught in the Netherlands.
Commissaris Liesbeth Huyzer, of the Amsterdam police, said: "It's not
easy to find these people because there are facilitators to help them
with false documents, transport and places to stay.
"But we are having increasing success in locating them and sending them back to the UK."

ALMOST three-quarters of Germans doubt that the euro has a future, a poll reveals.
They also believe rescue attempts are futile as billions more euros will be paid to bail out Greece.
A poll by German newspaper, the Frankfurter Allgemeine, found 71 per cent
had “doubt,” “no trust” or thought there is “no future” for the euro.
Only 19 per cent expressed “confidence” in it.
Sixty eight per cent said they did not think the emergency bail out of Greece would work.
A separate poll last week showed more than half of Germans thought that Greece should be thrown out of the euro.
Rumours are also rife in Germany that Deutsche Mark bank notes are being printed again in preparation for ditching the euro.
It is said Germany’s central bank, the Bundesbank, has been ordered to
print marks as part of contingency plans to leave Europe’s single
currency.
This would be an extraordinary step for Germany and would deepen the growing divide between Europe’s leading states.
Since its introduction in 1999, the euro has had a tough time trying to win
over a sceptical German public, who saw the mark – one of the world’s
most stable currencies – as a symbol of post-war prosperity, second only
to the US dollar as the reserve option for investors.
Chancellor Angela Merkel now faces her biggest crisis. The opposition is
speculating her government may fall as Germans become more vocal in
their opposition to bailing out Greece.

I was also looking at the word Forum. You could look at that as Foe Rum.
Rum as we know is a Spirit as in Drink and also Ghost, so you could
look at Forum as a Bad Spirit, which is what I seem to be drinking here
in Thailand.
I could be wrong about all this but, I don't think so, and that goes for
all the other things used to poison me. If I deserve it all, then fair

Palestine was among several former Ottoman territories placed under British control by the League of Nations.
The mandate lasted from 1920 to 1948.
In 1923, Britain granted limited autonomy to Transjordan, now known as Jordan.
The United Nations General Assembly
proposed dividing Palestine into Jewish

A KEY part of human rights law that has let
illegal immigrants and foreign criminals stay in Britain on the grounds
of their “right to a family life” is to be reviewed.
Home Secretary Theresa May is expected to announce the move this week.
The
forthcoming consultation on “family immigration rights” will include a
review of how UK law interprets Article 8 of the European Convention of
Human rights.
This will seek to ensure the law is applied in a “more balanced way”, sources said.
It follows cases where criminals have been able to use Article 8 to escape deportation.
These
include a Caribbean drug dealer, who allegedly beat his partner and
refused to pay child maintenance, as well as a Sri Lankan robber, who
claimed the right to remain because he had a girlfriend here.
Fears were also raised yesterday that a loophole has been created for people to bring their family members here.
A
woman, who fled war-torn Burundi in Africa as an asylum-seeker and was
one of 161,000 allowed to stay after the Home Office lost her files, has
secured permission to bring her three children here under Article 8.
Her status would not normally have given her the right to bring in dependants.
A
second similar case, involving a mother who fled Rwanda in 2002, is
being considered by a judge raising fears that less deserving applicants
will benefit from the rulings.
The Home Office insisted yesterday it did not believe the two cases set any precedent.
A
spokesman said: “Article 8 does not give an absolute right to remain
here. We will continue to remove those who break the rules to play the
system.’’
But he added:
“We are going to consult on the family route shortly and look at the
requirements we should place on foreign nationals wishing to establish a
family life in the UK.
“This is part of a package of reforms we are putting in place to manage migration.’’
Conservative
MP Mark Reckless, a member of the Commons Home Affairs Committee, said:
“I’m delighted if Article 8 is to be reviewed.
“It
is used by judges to drive a coach and horses through our immigration
controls. It doesn’t seem to be used in a similar way in other
countries.’’
Last week
there was outrage after a test case court ruling left the Home Office
unable to deport more than 200 immigrants, mostly criminals, after
judges in Strasbourg decided sending them home would breach Article 3 of
the European Convention, which bans inhumane treatment.
The
serial criminal who brought the test case, Abdisamad Sufi, 24, has at
least 17 convictions for crimes including burglary, fraud and indecent
exposure since he arrived eight years ago and had his asylum claim rejected.
Last
night, the Home Office declined to comment on a claim that Downing
Street sided with the Lib Dems to defeat a bid by Mrs May and
Immigration Minister Damian Green to cap the number of foreign students
allowed to work in Britain after completing their studies.
Meanwhile Shadow Home Secretary Yvette Cooper yesterday accused the Government of not being tough enough on border policy.
She
admitted Labour should have acted more quickly to bring in a
points-based system to control non-EU immigration but claimed the
Coalition will not meet its target of cutting numbers from hundreds to
tens of thousands a year.
Ms Cooper said: “There is a massive gap between the rhetoric from the Government and the reality of the policies they are pursuing.”

Crimint is a database run by the Metropolitan Police Service of Greater London which stores information on criminals, suspected criminals[1] and protestors.[2] It was created in 1994 and supplied by Memex Technology Limited.
It supports the recording and searching of items of intelligence by
both police officers and back office staff. As of 2005 it contained
seven million information reports and 250,000 intelligence records.[3]
The database makes it much easier for police officers to find
information on people, as one officer who used the system stated in
1996:

People are able to request their information from the database under data protection laws[citation needed]. Requests have shown that the database holds large amounts of information on protesters who have not committed any crimes.[5]
Information is stored for at least seven years. Holding information on
people who have never committed any offence may be against people's "human rights".[2] A police officer, Amerdeep Johal, allegedly used the database to contact sex offenders and threatened to disclose information about them from the database unless they paid him thousands of pounds.[6]

Project Griffin was originally introduced by the City of London Police and Metropolitan Police in April, 2004 to help "London's financial sector better protect itself against terrorist threats".
Since its inception, the program has spread across the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Singapore, South Africa and the United States.

to cyber crime. The unit is housed within the Specialist Crime
Directorate (SCD6) part of the Metropolitan Police Service based in

jursidiction within England, Wales and Northern Ireland. However the
unit works closely with the SCDEA in Scotland and international law
enforcement. The PCeU has a seat at the table at both Europol and
Interpol cyber workstreams.
