she has a bedroom living room with woodburner and good storage space and a kitchen in the wheelhouse.
Topsy comes with a full licence till march 2011 a safety cert till dec 2011
Topsy has basic electric gas and inverter for 240v electric but has no water tank or running water
Topsy comes with an 80watt solar panel and inverter

If you know your mechanics and have a good array of tools, get a fixer-upper. Boat flippers jack up a significant premium on the "get in and go" boats. Contrarywise you can gouge prices significantly downward when the craft "needs a little mending".

For once, very rare mind, I agree with Cig, Go for the the tatts Sod, thats not a bad price and think of the pleasure you'll get from doing it up the way you want it, I envy you Sod, it's great way to escape the concrete boxes we live in. I love being on the water, the sense of freedom is awesome, if I could live on my boat I would but unfortunately it's moored up in harbour and some days with it being on the sea, when the weather gets rough you get a bit shaked, rattled and rolled.
