Institutionalised what a funny song....even the video is cool as.They were more fun than Black Flag,but typically West Coast punk,with "Hell Yeah!".I discovered them about 1987,along with other skate punks,The Stupids and other shit,about then,some of the most serious and best Aussie Punk came out,Venom P Stinger/The Sick Things,Feedtime,The Widdershins,Kim Salmon and the Scientist,there was magic back then

I love Suicidal, I've been a fan for years since the days when I used to take drugs and get off my face. Great band, managed to see them back in 2009 for the first time. One of the best concerts I've ever seen, saw them down in London in Camden. I was pretty close to the front of the stage, the crowd were totally wild, they were jumping around and going mental, what a buzz, what a great atmosphere.

I hope I can see them again one day, not sure when that might be. I love that track anyway, the video is great used to sit late at night watching that over and over and over until my brain dried out

Yeah mate, I've not been feelling too great myself these last few days. Haven't slept, been pretty tired today. Keep forgetting silly little things, I stayed up late the other night and felt like shit the next day, then I went to bed the following night but stayed up again fairly late, last night I stayed up until about 2am and I was fucked up and I tried to sleep for a while but eventually by the time I woke up I still felt tired.

I had to go back to sleep again tonight for a bit 'cause I'd drank some beer and it make me want to fall asleep again but when I woke up I did feel a bit better.

I just simply can't touch any weed anymore now. If I do my brain will just go really fucked up and it might get a bit bad. I'm glad it's the weekend though, gotta get up for work on Monday, Mondays are difficult for me I work during the day and then head to the gym for a while to do some training. I'm getting back into it a bit more now, used to go gym years and years ago but haven't done for many years. It seems to be helping, I just need to be active really and keep doing stuff. I get a bit fed up sitting at home for long periods of time just wasting away so if I have something like exercise then it gives me a different focus.

I don't know if I can drink much beer this weekend, probably won't bother to be honest. I'm waiting until tomorrow anyway there's wrestlemania so that should be pretty good. I'll probably download it on Monday and watch that.
