Total waste of time. You are legaly bound to the hosts TOS because you agreed to them when you signed up. I take it this is to do with that bob jones shit. You cant just optout of the owners TOS by writing a discalimer. If nutcase jones had reported that to the owners and not you they would have pulled the plug on this site straight away.

Theres a new law comming that says all web site owners are legaly responsible for everything that appears on their site. No ifs or buts, no disclaimers flippin' heck all will get you out of it. No matter who wrote it it comes down to you as its you're site. Yes they will go after the poster but they will come after you also.
